On this transformational retreat, you will learn a new paradigm for human psychology that unlocks your innate happiness, productivity and success, every in life.

What to expect

The retreats are for small groups of 8-12 people who want to live their best life, do their best work, and realise their potential, including the potential of whatever they put their mind towards.

On retreat I run a dozen experiments designed to help you see your psychology up and running in you, in the moment.

This culminates in you realising how the Mind works, which is life changing.

With this realisation, your psychological noise starts to decay towards zero. This noise includes stress, pressure, worry, doubt, insecurity, anxiety, fear, imposter syndrome, confusion, lethargy, lost mojo, a lack of courage, negativity, even depression.

As the noise subsides, the pre-existing signal is able to be heard. Signal includes clarity, energy, happiness, presence, deep listening, confidence, courage, trust, curiosity, lightheartedness, creativity, insight, realisation, inspiration and breakthrough new ideas.

Insights have the potential to reveal to you breakthrough new ideas, which enable you to achieve a quantum shift in performance - at work, home and play. It also unlocks powerful and authentic leadership.

Coaching

Everyone gets a 1:1 coaching session after the retreat and for leaders I recommend 6 months of 1:1 coaching. Please see the retreat flyer for details.

Retreat Details

The next retreat is on Thursday 16 - Saturday 18 May, 2024.

The retreats are held at Piha Beach, 45 minutes west of Auckland city. You are encouraged to stay at Piha, so that you can leave both work and home life behind, enabling you to relax more deeply. Relaxation is key, and it enables you to have insight, which is the learning modality of the program. Accommodation is available at the venue I use, please see the retreat flyer for details.
